The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series supports 200-300 mm/s high-speed printing of Hyper Core high-performance composite materials, 100-150 mm/s speed of Industrial composite materials, meeting users’ high standards and requirements for end-use applications, enhancing both production efficiency and product quality. As a result of this high-performance composite material support, the resulting printed parts perform effectively even in the most demanding end-use applications.
The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series incorporates Hyper FFF® technology for precise and reliable high-speed printing with Hyper Speed technology providing a high-flowrate hot end and active vibration reduction algorithm. Capable of printing at standard speeds of 300 mm/s, the Pro3 HS Series is equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor in the motion control system, enhancing extruder movement control to achieve more precise high-speed printing without losing steps. The new build plate offers uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. The optimized shaft provides better tightness and motion stability, while the robust all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in high-quality prints.
Designed for high-volume industrial printing applications, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series has been further optimized to enhance its reliability. Its strengthened hot end and all-metal nozzle, combined with a proven all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, enable production for long hours. Optimized double-diaphragm couplings provides better strength and longer service life.
The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series features an auto filament switching function, enabling uninterrupted production. With the capability to print using two larger 2.5 kg filament spools, this machine can now continuously print with up to 5 kg of material. The newly-added RFID filament sensor identifies the filament and verifies the necessary parameters to prevent incorrect material usage. Resulting in higher production efficiency and lower need for manual labor.

Built-in Hyper FFF® Technology
Equipped with a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is capable of printing at standard speed at 300 mm/s. Even with Hyper Core high-performance materials, it can still reach average speeds of 200-300 mm/s, resulting in a notable improvement in printing speed compared to the existing Raise3D Product Series with the Hyper FFF upgrade.
Compared to the existing Raise3D Pro3 Series, the Pro3 HS Series reduces printing time by 30% to 70%, depending on the size of the model.
Motion Control Upgrade with a Closed-Loop Motor
To further increase the precision of the extruder and stabilize the movement accuracy, the Pro3 HS printers are now equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor, together with double-diaphragm couplings and an optimized shaft structure. This closed-loop stepper motor enables precise high-speed printing without losing steps, ensuring accurate electronic control. Meanwhile, the noise from the motion is reduced by over 27%.
Auto Filament Switching
When one filament spool runs out of material, the second extruder can continue printing from another spool. This extends the printing time without human intervention and reduces the risk of printing failure due to material depletion.
New Printing Build Plate
The new printing build plate provides a more uniform and powerful magnetic attraction to suppress model warpage. Thinner by 1 mm, it heats up to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions. The faster heating speed reduces waiting time and improves print efficiency.
New RFID Filament Sensor (available soon)
The RFID filament sensor* identifies the filament type and verifies the print parameters to ensure successful prints, preventing the use of incorrect materials. This reduces the time users spend checking print jobs, increasing efficiency and print successes.
(* This feature will be available once the spools support RFID tagging)
2.5 kg Large Spool Storage Boxes (sold separately)
To reduce the frequent manual filament replacement, the Pro3 HS printers dual-extruder can now print from two external 2.5 kg material boxes*. It can print continuously for up to 120 hours (assuming 1 kg /24 h). The new accessory worked through an added printer interface for material tube.
The spool box connects to the printer through a new interface that allows the filament tube to be plugged in, ensuring smooth guidance of the filament to the printer.
(*2.5kg filament box needs to be purchased separately)
Compatible with Hyper Core Filament and Silicon Carbide Nozzle
Raise3D newly introduced Hyper Core filaments offer a fast-melting and cooling rate for high-speed printing with an improved Z-direction strength and stiffness, making them ideal for demanding end-use applications.
* The first batch of customers during the pre-sale period who purchase Pro3 HS Series will receive an additional Hyper Speed Hot End Assembly with Silicon Carbide Nozzle and a spool of Hyper Core ABS CF15 filament black 1kg in the printer package for free!
