Registering your product is quick and easy.

Registering Your Product Means:

  • Automatic allocation to a dedicated Raise3D customer service provider
  • The choice to subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to be informed about new products, case studies, and 3D printing applications
  • For each product registered, you’ll get a $250 voucher to purchase any Raise3D printer, with a validity of 12 months after registration
  • For registered Pro2 Series and Pro3 Series printers, if still under warranty, you will get one of the following benefits: (1) additional 12 months of warranty (equal to Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty, if no RaiseShield extended warranty has been purchased for the registered printer); or (2) Another $250 voucher to purchase any Raise3D printer, with a validity of 12 months after registration (if RaiseShield extended warranty has been purchased for the registered printer).
  • For registered DF2, if still under warranty, you will get another $250 voucher to purchase any Raise3D printer, with a validity of 12 months after registration (if RaiseShield extended warranty has been purchased for the registered printer).

If you register your product, you will still have our dedicated customer service and support, but it allows us to provide you with automatic allocation, simplified communication and prompt feedback.

No, product registration is different from warranties or insurance. It’s simply a way for us to better assist you in case you encounter issues with your product. Your warranty is valid even without registration.

If you don’t register your product, you will still get the required tech support you need from our service partners, but you will have the extra step of providing a Product Registration Number. Registering will also give you the extra benefits of product registration.

If you agree to receive marketing communication, you will be eligible to get benefits related to Raise3D products, and more. We will also keep you updated on our latest news and promotions.

You can expect dedicated customer support from our service provider. They’ll address and resolve any issues you might experience with our products.
