Redefining Digital Manufacturing with Secure, On-Demand Production

As one of the first printers fully integrated with Würth Additive’s DIS platform, the Raise3D DF2+ features a high-performance DLP light engine, an RFID-enabled traceable workflow, and print speeds up to 100mm/h. Its Open Material Platform (OMP) allows for use of Loctite high-performance engineering resins, validated through Henkel’s material partner program.

Key advantages of the DIS-integrated DF2+ include:

  • Digital Inventory Integration – Secure, encrypted part storage with global on-demand access
  • Just-in-Time Production – Reduced lead times and inventory overhead
  • IP Protection & Authentication – Encrypted digital part distribution to authorized users

By leveraging Würth’s DIS SaaS platform, manufacturers can securely manage part workflows and digitally distribute qualified parts across their networks—bridging digital inventory with physical fulfillment.
