Raise3D has launched five high performance resins for its new DLP resin printing solution and the new products are now available to order online and ship to customers. To support the growing demand of wider range of engineering and manufacturing applications, Raise3D continued expanding its resin portfolio through internal material development as well as collaborating with material manufacturers Henkel LOCTITE® and Forward AM Ultracur3D® to provide material with properties such as transparency, high durability, high strength, and high flexibility.
Rotterdam, September 27th, 2024 – Raise3D has launched five innovative new resins for the DF2 Solution in collaboration with renowned partners Henkel LOCTITE® and Forward AM Ultracur3D®. These resins offer users greater material versatility for the efficient production of high-precision engineering prototypes and end-use parts. They include:
- Raise3D High Clear Resin – A transparent resin with a high-quality surface finish offering a blend of strength, clarity, and durability. Ideal for transparent prototype production, liquid flow analysis, complex assembly parts and optical
- Forward AM Ultracur3D® RG 1100 B – A high-strength resin with high heat deflection temperature, good chemical resistance and long-term UV-stability. Ideal for applications such as automotive connectors, demanding engineering parts, exterior covers, brackets and housings.
- Forward AM Ultracur3D® RG 3280 – A ceramic-filled resin with exceptionally high stiffness and temperature resistance. Ideal material for tooling, molding inserts, and wind tunnel testing.
- Henkel LOCTITE® 3D IND405™ – A high-strength resin developed for industrial manufacturing. It offers excellent impact resistance, moderate heat resistance and excellent surface finish. Perfect for performance prototype and tooling applications and can be machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.
- Henkel LOCTITE® 3D PRO476™ – A high-strength engineering resin with good impact resistance and excellent surface finish. Ideal for a wide variety of tools in the production floor including tooling, manufacturing aids, and housings as well as for consumer goods.
