Standard Black Resin

Easy-to-use resin for prototyping and multiple scenarios

Standard Black Resin is a 3D printing material with excellent performance, strong detail performance, wide application range and cost performance. It is specially developed to meet the needs of high-precision molding and high-quality surface effects. Its superior mechanical properties, stable chemical properties and ease of use make it an ideal choice for DLP 3D printing equipment.

The model printed with Standard Black Resin presents deep and uniform black, with good mechanical strength and durability. Whether it is industrial design, education and scientific research, or artistic creation, it can help users quickly realize their creativity and design needs.

Printing Settings

  1. Shake or stir well before printing;
  2. Avoid light storage, prevent ultraviolet radiation;
  3. Make sure that the resin used for printing is sufficient;
  4. The residue generated in the printing process needs to be filtered;
  5. Avoid skin contact and wear protective gloves.
  6. For more printing information, please read Raise3D DF2 3D Printer User Manual.

Cleaning

The Standard Black Resin needs to be cleaned to obtain the desired surface effect. There is no need to remove the support structure from the print before cleaning, the print should be cleaned before post-curing until the surface is free of any solvent residue. For special structures or detailed parts, such as small holes, it is recommended to clean them manually, and then use compressed air or nitrogen to dry the residual solvent on the surface, or place the printed parts at room temperature for a short time to dry until there is no solvent residue on the surface before post-curing.

* Refer to the table to the right for recommend cleaning parameters for Raise3D DF Wash.

Wash Time Wash Drying Time
Recommended washing parameters 5 min 10 min

Post-curing

After cleaning, general purpose black resin parts need to be post-cured to achieve optimal performance. Refer to Raise3D DF Cure Post-Cure Parameters in the table to the right.
